Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during 2nd shift operations
- Assist with recruiting, training, and developing staff
- Lead by example and ensure adherence to company policies
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate performance expectations
- Address customer and employee concerns professionally
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Monitor fuel lanes, retail floor, and food service areas
- Support vendor deliveries and ensure accurate receiving
- Assist with shift transitions and closing procedures
Financial & Inventory Management
- Support sales initiatives during evening peak hours
- Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate register counts
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Help control shrink, waste, and operational inefficiencies
- Provide reporting and updates to the General Manager
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a service industry
- Experience in high-volume customer service environments preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team independently during assigned shift
- Availability to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, including weekends and holidays
