The Hospitality Specialist is not only responsible for keeping the dining room clean, but also for making Guests feel cared for, noticed, and welcomed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile
- Maintain eye contact and communicate clearly with guests
- Create positive connections with guests
- Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Work well with team members to deliver excellent service
- Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Greet Guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Walk the dining room and check on Guests
- Offer refills or refreshments when appropriate
- Remove trays and help keep tables clean
- Assist Guests with sauces, napkins, utensils, high chairs, or anything they may need
- Keep the dining room, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized
- Take out trash and support overall restaurant cleanliness
- Engage with Guests in a kind, respectful, and hospitable way
- Notice Guest needs before being asked

Requirements:
