Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train Associates to deliver exceptional food and service.
- Open and close the restaurant, ensuring safety and quality.
- Interact with customers enthusiastically, resolving any complaints with empathy.
- Manage food, labor, and costs while maintaining high standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent.
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Successful completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and related certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
