Your Role – Back of House Team Member:
As a BOH Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring food is prepared safely, quickly, and to Chick-fil-A’s high standards, including:
- Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food with excellence
- Mastering all kitchen stations (breading, fries, assembly, prep, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Stocking inventory and monitoring freshness of ingredients
- Following food safety procedures and Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Completing daily opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Communicating clearly with team members and leadership
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability between 2:30 PM and 11:30 PM
- Working 15 - 30 hours per week
- Minimum of 30 hours of availability
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- Cheerful, positive attitude and a heart for serving others
- Dependable and consistent work ethic
- Customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- You must be 18 years old to apply
