Prior restaurant and management experience is required, OR hospitality/business education.

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager
- Lead shifts and oversee daily operations
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Ensure food quality, speed, and hospitality standards are consistently met
- Drive sales, labor management, and cost control
- Maintain compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture
- Step in wherever needed — leadership by example is essential

- Have prior restaurant leadership experience

Hospitality or business education is highly valued and may substitute for some experience.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting 10–50 lbs
- Working in a fast-paced kitchen and service environment
- Maintaining professional appearance and uniform standards
