Prior restaurant and management experience is required, OR hospitality/business education.

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

  • Lead shifts and oversee daily operations
  • Coach, train, and develop team members
  • Ensure food quality, speed, and hospitality standards are consistently met
  • Drive sales, labor management, and cost control
  • Maintain compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
  • Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture
  • Step in wherever needed — leadership by example is essential

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

  • Have prior restaurant leadership experience
  • Understand labor, food cost, and operational efficiency

Hospitality or business education is highly valued and may substitute for some experience.


Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Lifting 10–50 lbs
  • Working in a fast-paced kitchen and service environment
  • Maintaining professional appearance and uniform standards
