Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Properly execute recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of foods
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up station
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guests safety
- 1 year cooking and restaurant kitchen experience
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
