Overview:
At Chick-fil-A, Team Members play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, hospitality, and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food following Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Handle cash and operate POS systems
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Previous customer service or food service experience
