Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Culver's Famous ButterBurgers and grill specialties
- Maintain proper food safety practices
- Support your Kitchen team members in various roles
- Adhere to restaurant, food, and workplace policies
What We Are Looking From You:
- A good sense of urgency to handle those busy shifts
- Ability to handle the work (and heat) of an extended shift working on a Flat-Top Grill
- An experienced team member who can handle a high volume fast-paced kitchen environment
- A team player who knows the importance of reliability, punctuality, and hard work
- Good communication skills
- Friendly with an outgoing personality
- A great attitude and desire to learn new things
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting heavy items
