The Event and Content Coordinator is a foundational piece in Chick-fil-A Lancaster’s Marketing Team. The position creates digital content and coordinates events while cultivating emotional connection marketing and promoting sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content that reflects Chick-fil-A Lancaster’s brand, culture, and values (plan, capture, edit, and publish content)
Monitor social media engagement and analytics to identify opportunities to increase reach, interaction, and brand awareness
Plan, coordinate, and execute restaurant events, community activations, and promotional initiatives
Part-time role (~5-10 hours in store each week for both content capturing and event execution)
Collaborate and actively communicate with the marketing team and leadership
