Management Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen operations, and overall cleanliness and safety.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure team member training is in compliance with IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with management staff, team members, and vendors.
- Execute financial goals, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives.
- Complete all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain personnel files with appropriate employment and legal documents.
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
