Floating Caregiver Scheduler

Full-Time Floating Scheduler (Client & Care Team Support)

As a Floating Scheduler, you are a key part of daily operations—jumping in where needed to ensure schedules stay covered and communication stays clear. You will primarily focus on current-week scheduling, working quickly to fill open shifts, respond to call-outs, and keep both clients and caregivers supported.

This is a high-impact, real-time role where your ability to think quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized makes a direct difference every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage same-week scheduling and urgent coverage needs for all  offices!
  • Quickly fill open shifts when caregivers call out or gaps arise
  • Answer incoming calls from multiple offices and assist with scheduling adjustments
  • Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm coverage and updates
  • Make real-time changes in the scheduling system to keep care uninterrupted
  • Partner with leadership on escalations or complex coverage situations
  • Keep documentation accurate and up to date in WellSky and internal systems
  • Proactively monitor schedules and identify gaps before they become issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of scheduling and customer service experience required
  • Bilingual a plus
  •  WellSky experience a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Teams

Work schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • On call
