Job Duties:
- Provide coverage for open shifts
- Assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transfers, grooming, errands, and companionship
- Travel between North Ogden and Farmington to meet client needs
- Assist in training other caregivers
- Perform occasional office duties if assigned
Job Schedule:
- Availability for at least 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours
- Available M-F between noon and 10 PM, with one weekend per month
- On-call Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5-10 PM with stipend, on call nights may change at times
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving experience
- Proactive approach to client care
- Able to assist with transfers using Hoyer and gait belt
- Experience with toileting, showering, and grooming assistance
- Strong attendance history in prior roles
