At Home Helpers Home Care, we understand that caregiving is one of the most important jobs in society. That's why we treat our caregivers with the utmost respect and provide them with the support they need to excel in their role. Our Lead CNA is a big part of this support we offer! You will be responsible for supporting the hiring and caregiver training processes. The schedule for this position is approximately 8am-4pm M-F with every other weekend on call. Occasional shifts as late as 10 pm may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling training
- Assisting with training at the office and in clients homes
- Introducing new caregivers to clients
- Filling in as a caregiver if needed
- Assisting with some in office projects as needed
- Cover shifts every other weekend if needed
What you need to be successful:
- A strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and listen to feedback
- Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life
- Dependability!!
- Physical ability to complete the job (rolling someone over in bed, assisting with balance as standing, etc.)
Requirements:
- Current CNA license - valid for a minimum of 2 years
- 2 years caregiving experience preferred
- At least 18 years old
- Have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Able to work independently
- Reliable attendance record
