Job Duties:
- Provide coverage for open shifts
- Assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transfers, grooming, errands, and companionship
- Assist in training other caregivers and other HR duties
- Perform occasional office duties as assigned
Job Schedule:
- Availability for 32 hours, with the possibility of more on an as needed basis
- Must be available M-F between 7 am and 5 PM
- Rotating On-call Weekend Schedule
Requirements:
- This position requires flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and potential last-minute changes, to best support the client's needs.
- Reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving experience
- Proactive approach to client care
- Able to assist with transfers using Hoyer and gait belt
- Experience with toileting, showering, and grooming assistance
- Strong attendance history in prior roles
