What You'll Do
As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes. Depending on each client's needs, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Helping with mobility and safe movement around the home
- Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and assisting with errrands
- Observing changes in client health, safet, or general well-being and communicating concerns to the appropriate team members
- Following individualized care plans and documenting services as required
- Supporting clients in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for each client

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company policy and applicable insurance requirements
- Ability to successfully complete applicable background screening and drug test requiremnents
- Ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendanced
Physical Demands
This position involves providing hands-on assistance to clients in a home environment. Essential duties may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, assisting clients with mobility, positioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe care practices.
