Full-Time Client & Care Team Scheduler

At Home Helpers Home Care, the Scheduler is the central coordination point of our agency. You work closely with caregivers, clients, and leadership to ensure schedules are accurate, coverage is consistent, and communication flows clearly throughout the day.

 

You are not operating alone. You are part of a structured team with defined systems and leadership support.


 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules using established systems

• Communicate daily with caregivers and clients regarding coverage and updates

• Follow clear scheduling guidelines to ensure proper case coverage

• Partner with leadership when adjustments or escalations are needed

• Keep documentation organized and up to date

• Monitor changes and update the team proactively

 

This role requires attention to detail, steady follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces while staying calm and solution-focused.
