You will be responsible for filling in shifts and training process.

Responsibilities:
- Tracking document completion for employees
- Scheduling training
- Assisting with training at the office and in clients' homes
- Introducing new caregivers to clients
- Filling in as a caregiver if needed
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting with other in office projects as requested when time allows for it
- Cover shifts every other weekend
What you need to be successful:
- A strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and listen to feedback
- Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life
- Dependability!!
- Physical ability to complete the job (rolling someone over in bed, assisting with balance as standing, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2 years caregiving experience preferred, ok with just 1 year
- At least 18 years old
- Have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Able to work independently
- Reliable attendance record
- May be required to enroll in CNA school
