Position Summary
The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly and consistently. This role plays a key part in delivering great food while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following company standards
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
- Keep pace with incoming orders from front counter and drive-thru
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with prep and maintain kitchen readiness
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
