Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging mathematical instruction using the Mathnasium Method.
- Provide personalized instruction in small groups, addressing each student's unique needs.
- Motivate and encourage students during sessions to foster a positive learning experience.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a dynamic and enthusiastic learning environment.
- Collaborate with center leadership and staff to meet student needs.
- Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills, with proficiency at least through Algebra I; higher-level math knowledge is a plus.
- A genuine passion for math and working with children.
- Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly.
- Ability to inspire and create a fun learning atmosphere.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the Mathnasium Method.
- Reliable and responsible in fulfilling assigned duties.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
