Executive Director

Positional Overview:

An Executive Director oversees and demonstrates ownership for the overall growth and continuous development of each operational line of business (Quality, Food Safety, Hospitality, and Drive-Thru). They ensure Operational Excellence and that we are executing on all tenants of the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy.


General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all restaurant operations (AM focus: breakfast & lunch. PM focus: afternoon and dinner.)
  • Develops a culture of growth-minded team members & leaders, primarily serving as coach to respective Coordinators
  • Creates a culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity
  • Maintains vision alignment with Operator and Director team
  • Collaborates, partners, & supports the Marketing and Talent Directors in their department initiatives
  • Executes leadership and people development for full team
  • Displays high sense of ownership over their daypart and its results, accountability over our systems, and passion about high standards
  • Creates, leads, and implements systems that are the standard for operational innovation and a high performance team
  • Oversees disciplinary actions and accountability through point systems
  • Submits monthly business goals meant to drive performance in the business and stimulate growth


Must be 18 years or older with relevant Chick-fil-A leadership experience.
