Chick-fil-A IMPACT Leadership Internship

Chick-fil-A Burlington’s IMPACT Student Leadership Program is designed for students in college who want to enhance their leadership and personal development skills they have obtained while gaining valuable work experience in our restaurants.


We use chicken as the avenue for your growth!


We are offering you the opportunity to learn and grow with a top in class, multi-unit Chick-fil-A franchise in a student leadership role as you help us to achieve becoming “Burlington’s Most Caring Company”.  


Your time in IMPACT Internship will offer you an 8 week work/learning experience that will enhance your skills in one of three areas: Operations Management, Human Resources, or Marketing. You will learn how to work within a team at a fast paced, high-volume restaurant.


Additionally, you will have access to one on one mentorship and will attend IMPACT Events throughout the summer.
