Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure
- Create emotional connections through eye contact, smiling, and attentive service
- Deliver accurate orders and maintain speed and quality standards
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Issue gift cards and assist with guest inquiries
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
- Honor and uphold the vision and values of the Chick-fil-A brand
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
