Additional Duties:
- Support operational directors in accomplishing goals in Food Cost GAP, Quality, etc.
- Uphold all unit policies and procedures including, but not limited to service, food quality, cleanliness and health code standards
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Communicate effectively with directors
- Develop future leaders
- Ensure new product rollouts and training are executed properly
- Engage in team activities/events
- Assist with inventory
- Other work-related project requests
