- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 and have a valid driver's license and clean record required. No Felonies, we have to background check due to program requirements.
Job Description
The Lead Technician / Crew Chief will oversee restoration projects from start to finish, leading a team
of restoration technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of all tasks. The ideal candidate
will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in restoration techniques, and a commitment
to delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: We will train and certify you.
- Project Management: Lead and supervise restoration projects, including water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and other specialized services. Coordinate with project managers and clients to establish project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and training to restoration technicians to ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices. Delegate tasks and oversee the work of the restoration crew to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in restoration techniques, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, structural drying, odor removal, microbial remediation, and content restoration. Utilize advanced equipment and tools to perform restoration tasks with precision and efficiency. * Training available
- Assessment and Inspection: Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify the extent of damage, assess safety hazards, and develop restoration plans. Document findings and communicate recommendations to clients and project managers.
- Mitigation and Remediation: Implement mitigation and remediation strategies to minimize further damage and restore affected properties to pre-loss condition. Oversee the installation and operation of drying equipment, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and other specialized equipment as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of restoration activities, including job logs, work orders, photos, and equipment usage. Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies as required.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control inspections to ensure that restoration work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Address any deficiencies or discrepancies promptly and effectively to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process. Provide updates on project progress, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
