Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute the Culver's way
- Bring a positive energy and attitude to work every day
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Onboard, train, and mentor new team members
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the True Blue Crew
- Prepare and serve our delicious ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
- Support the General Manager in achieving operational goals
Qualifications:
- Commitment to full-time (40+ hours per week) with leadership responsibilities
- Upbeat, team-oriented personality eager to serve
- Strong delegation and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of restaurant work experience; 1-2 years in management preferred
- Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends
- Able to work 8-12 hour shifts and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Background check required
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certificate required during training
