What You’ll Do:
Greet every guest with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
Make emotional connections with guests—help them feel right at home
Accurately process cash and credit payments
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area (including lobby and restrooms)
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teammates
Uphold our restaurant’s core values and encourage others to do the same
Multi-task quickly and thoroughly, even during busy times
Provide exceptional guest service—always!
What We Ask of You:
At least 16 years of age
Able and willing to work a flexible schedule
Comfortable working on your feet for several hours and able to lift heavy objects if needed
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
Effective communication in English (Spanish is a plus!)
Team player attitude and a willingness to learn
