What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items to The Catch’s standards of quality, presentation, and speed
Work as part of a team to ensure every guest receives delicious food and a great experience
Follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail and consistency
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
Help with inventory, prep, and restocking as needed
Stay calm and focused during busy rushes—teamwork makes it happen!
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or a similar kitchen role is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Team player who follows instructions and supports others
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
