Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador through exceptional service and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales, service, and quality objectives.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and maintain schedules.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to effectively coach and develop team members.
- Knowledge of back office tools and quick adaptability to new software.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain mobility throughout the workday.
- Must be able to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area.
