Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional service and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities.
- Coach and motivate the team to meet sales, service, and quality goals.
- Manage employee performance appraisals and maintain work schedules.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
- Familiarity with back office tools and quick adaptability to new software.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile throughout the shift.
- Capability to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area.
