Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initial training in Charleston SC: Paid four weeks
- Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations and make key decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards to optimize profits.
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address feedback proactively.
- Lead and develop a talented team of employees.
- Engage with the local community to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and personnel management.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Consent to undergo a background check.
Work Environment:
- Average work week of 45 hours with varying hours as needed.
- Ability to perform duties including lifting items up to 30 pounds.
- Work with various equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment.
