Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble delicious treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer and work areas
- Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness
- Assist with prep work and daily cleaning tasks
- Respond promptly to customer needs with a pleasant and alert attitude
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions
- Strong communication skills and positive demeanor
- Capable of reading order monitors and following food handling procedures
- Willingness to work weekends, day or night shifts as needed
- Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and punctuality
