Since the beginning, our restaurant has strived to maintain a clean and safe environment, serve great food, have fast and accurate service, and provide genuine hospitality to every guest. As an Overnight Cleaning Specialist, you will help uphold these ideals in our kitchen where we consistently prepare: chicken breaded by hand in our restaurants, produce that is freshly prepped daily, and our other classic, delicious products by maintaining high levels of cleanliness and follow proper procedures. As an Overnight Cleaning Specialist your role is critical in ensuring our environment is clean and safe for our guests and team. You will be expected to adhere to strict cleaning guidelines as you maintain the cleanliness of our floors, mop sink, shelving, ice machine, and any other current cleaning need within the restaurant.

Hours:
- Available 10pm-2am or 11pm-2am
- Four to five nights a week, Saturdays required
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate shelving both high and low
- Adhere to all Operational Standards of cleanliness
- Must be able to self-manage
- Detail-oriented
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-30 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- ServSafe or other Food Safety Certifications are a plus
