Requirements:
- Customer service experience with a sales-oriented approach
- Basic computer skills and social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to guide customers based on their financing options
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to listen, learn, and execute instructions
- Professional attitude when handling problems and objections
- Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
- Knowledge of or interest in learning about vehicles and financing
- CRM experience is a plus
