Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay up-to-date with new products and follow Chick-fil-A standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report maintenance issues
- Complete assigned tasks and adhere to dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful and positive attitude

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs and stand for long periods
