Chick-fil-A - Guest Experience Mascot Needed

The Guest Experience Mascot plays a vital role in creating fun, engaging, and memorable moments for guests at Chick-fil-A. As the face of the Chick-fil-A Cow, you will entertain, interact, and bring joy to customers during in-store visits, community events, and special promotions.
Guest Experience Mascot Responsibilities:
- Perform as the Chick-fil-A Cow during restaurant events, grand openings, and local community engagements.
- Engage with guests of all ages using animated movements, high-fives, waves, and fun gestures.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while representing Chick-fil-A’s hospitality values.
- Work closely with the restaurant’s marketing team to plan and execute mascot appearances.
- Ensure the costume is clean, well-maintained, and stored properly after use.
- Adapt to different event settings and interact with customers based on their comfort levels.
- Follow all safety guidelines while in costume to ensure a positive experience for guests and yourself.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Outgoing, energetic, and enjoys engaging with people.
- Comfortable performing in a full-body costume for extended periods.
- Ability to express emotions and communicate effectively through body language.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and moving actively while in costume.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
- Experience in performance, theater, or customer engagement is a plus but not required.
