Leadership Opportunity - Front of House

FOH Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
  • Provide immediate, respectful, and genuine guest service
  • Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Train and coach team members on service standards and procedures
  • Lead shift execution including breaks, positioning, and deployment
  • Open and/or close the restaurant; act as key holder
  • Manage cash drawers, deposits, and daily money controls
  • Ensure accuracy in orders and point-of-sale execution
  • Communicate clearly with Back of House leadership and senior leaders
  • Address guest concerns with care and urgency

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and lead team members effectively
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage performance and behavior professionally
  • Prior leadership or shift-leading experience preferred but not required
