Dunkin' - Immediate Shift Leader Position

We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team! As a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, efficiency, excellent customer service, and effective staff management. We value shift awareness and a positive attitude in our leaders to make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests
- Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment
- Prepare and package customer orders to their satisfaction
- Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas
- Operate coffee and sandwich equipment
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Account for food quality and quantity
Requirements:
- Minimum age is 18
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50lbs.)
- Ability to operate a computerized POS system
- Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
- Enthusiastic and a team player
- Commitment to excellent customer service
