About the Role
As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you are the face of Chick-fil-A Duluth. You'll work across a variety of positions depending on business need and your development, including:
- Front Counter — Taking orders, processing payments, and delivering food with a smile
- Drinks & Desserts — Crafting beverages and treats to Chick-fil-A's exacting standards
- Bagging — Ensuring every order is accurate, complete, and ready to go
- Drive-Thru & Outdoor Support — Keeping the line moving and the energy high

What We're Looking For
- A cheerful, positive attitude and a genuine love of serving others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry 20–40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work at least two Fridays and two Saturdays per month
- Willingness to follow Chick-fil-A dress code and standards
