About the Role

As a Back of House (BOH) Team Member, you are the backbone of Chick-fil-A Duluth. While guests may not see you, they absolutely taste your work. You'll be responsible for ensuring every meal that leaves our kitchen meets the high standards of quality, freshness, and consistency that Chick-fil-A is known for. BOH Team Members rotate through a variety of kitchen positions, including:

  • Breading Station — Preparing and breading fresh chicken products to Chick-fil-A's exacting standards
  • Waffle Fries — Cooking and staging our signature fries with precision and consistency
  • Prep Station — Preparing fresh salads, fruit cups, and side items
  • Assembly — Building signature products accurately and efficiently
  • Kitchen Maintenance — Keeping equipment clean, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to lift and carry 20–40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work at least two Fridays and two Saturdays per month
  • Willingness to follow Chick-fil-A dress code and standards
