What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of daily operations and lead shifts with confidence
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves happy
- Coach, train, and develop team members into top performers
- Support the General Manager with inventory, scheduling, and performance goals
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant (QSR preferred)
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires others
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
- A passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe® certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
