Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere.
- Train and coach team members on restaurant routines, food safety, and customer interaction.
- Assist the General Manager in executing the restaurant’s business plan and optimizing profitability.
- Ensure fan service meets or exceeds company standards and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, preferably in quick service.
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills with a focus on team motivation.
- Proven ability to manage costs and maintain inventory effectively.
- ServSafe® certified candidates preferred.
