We're a local bay area brand. We strongly believe that fresh food made in-house using only the finest ingredients just tastes better. We prepare our dishes using only EVOO, fresh herbs and spices and slow roast our naturally-raised meats rotisserie style. We assure you that every bite will be as tasty as it is nutritious.


We are looking for an experienced Manager for Our San Francisco location to grow with us.


Main responsibilities of our Manager:


• Leads by example

• Team Builder - Can recruit quality team members without heavy turnover, Manages, trains, monitors and coaches

• Organized - deadline-oriented and focused on driving results

• Cares about people - builds relationships with guests and team members 

• Control of kitchen, product and food ordering

• Strong Business Acumen

• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties

• Good understanding of catering business needs such as selling, timing, and execution


Position Requirements


3+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience, preferably in Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine. 

Demonstrated success in financial management and people development

Knowledge Restaurant/food safety procedures

Must have computer and Point of Sale (POS) skills with a proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to navigate through the Internet and various software platforms used by the company 

Ability to successfully perform all job duties of all service positions in the restaurant 

Ability to work a minimum of 55 hours a week

Food Safety Manager certification

Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
