Main Duties:
Loaner Reservation Management:
- Handle the reservation process for loaner vehicles.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs of loaner vehicles.
Loaner Damage Claims:
- Process and manage damage claims related to loaner vehicles.
- Facilitate timely and accurate payment transactions for any damages incurred.
Loaner Vehicle Administration:
- Register and remove loaner vehicles from the system as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle availability.
Vehicle Preparation:
- Ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned and in optimal condition for customer use.
- Collaborate with the service team to schedule maintenance and upkeep of loaner vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Previous experience in automotive service support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
