Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their Electric Vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate and detailed service estimates
- Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school degree or equivalent
- Weekend availability and ability to work 10-hour shifts
