As a True Blue Crew Leader you will have the opportunity to work with and create a positive team, focused on providing a place to grow, learn and develop. Upon being hired, you will assume a team member role ($16-$17 per hour) for a 12-14 week training or trial period as you will need to learn the operations and develop relationships with our team before you will be able to lead shifts successfully. A leadership position is not guaranteed upon conclusion of the training period. Throughout the training period the expectations of being in a leadership role will be communicated and coached and the owner and general manager must be confident you will be successful in that position at the conclusion of the training period. Open availability and working a changing schedule is required (days, nights, weekends, etc.)
Previous management experience required.

· Provide Excellent guest service and hospitality
· Help prepare and/or serve great food
· Support great dining and meal experiences for guests
· Run effective shifts to ensure quality products, guest service, and cleanliness meet expectations
· Count morning and mid-day drawers
