Job Requirements:
- Valid CNA, NA, HHA or PCA certificate
- Willingness to provide care to memory loss patients
- Pass a criminal and sex offender background check, drug screen, and maintain a good DMV record
- Reliable transportation with insurance and punctuality
- Current CPR Certification
- TB Check is Required
