We are in search of potential GM's that wish to grow within an expanding company and possibly become an Operating Partner. We currently have 4 new restaurants under development and are actively looking to fill these roles. Some of our growth areas are in Fort Mill, Gastonia, Mint Hill, and Waxhaw.

Restaurant experience is required with general knowledge of BOH and FOH operations.  Previous restaurant management experience is preferred, but not necessarily required. The type of person we are looking to fill this position must be a team player... energetic, enthusiastic, responsible and timely, confident and sincere, outgoing and genuine. Working well under pressure, creative decision making, and being able to take initiative are traits required to fill this role.

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Penn Station operation, including (but not limited to):

· Leading the Store Team to Deliver an Awesome Customer Experience

· Store Sales Growth

· Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction

· Cleanliness and Maintenance of Store

· Profit Margin

· Staffing of Store

Job Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in the industry

· Ability to meet physical requirements

· Ability to work independently
