Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and welcome guests
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically
- Treat all guests and coworkers with respect
- Remain at your station unless instructed otherwise
- Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and coworkers
- Adhere to the employee manual at all times
- Other duties as needed
