Position Type / Employment Desired & Pay
Select the option that best fits your availability:
Full-Time (FT) / Part-Time (PT) Closed on Sundays
- Front of House (FOH): $12/hr.
- Back of House (BOH): $13/hr.
- Flexible Shift – $1/hr. premium on top of your base rate. Must be available to work any shift as scheduled, with no restrictions on days or times. Scheduled based on business needs. Full-time status with one additional day off weekly, closed on Sundays

Team Member Roles and Responsibilities
Front of House (FOH) / Customer Service:
- Greet guests with a smile and friendly demeanor
- Create and maintain eye contact with guests
- Speak enthusiastically and build emotional connections
- Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant’s vision and values
- Multitask quickly while maintaining quality
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Be team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Follow Chick-fil-A rules, standards, and dress code
- Perform other duties as assigned
Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen:
- Prepare food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure fast and accurate orders
- Be dependable, adaptable, and willing to support the team wherever needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Consistent and reliable

- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly
