Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest and ensuring all team members uphold the signature Chick-fil-A service and quality.

Position Type / Employment Desired & Pay

Select the option that best fits your availability:


Full-Time (FT) / Part-Time (PT) Closed on Sundays

  • Front of House (FOH): $12/hr.
  • Back of House (BOH): $13/hr.
  • Flexible Shift – $1/hr. premium on top of your base rate. Must be available to work any shift as scheduled, with no restrictions on days or times. Scheduled based on business needs. Full-time status with one additional day off weekly, closed on Sundays

Team Member Roles and Responsibilities


Front of House (FOH) / Customer Service:

  • Greet guests with a smile and friendly demeanor
  • Create and maintain eye contact with guests
  • Speak enthusiastically and build emotional connections
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant’s vision and values
  • Multitask quickly while maintaining quality
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Be team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
  • Work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Follow Chick-fil-A rules, standards, and dress code
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen:

  • Prepare food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety at all times
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A quality standards
  • Work as part of a team to ensure fast and accurate orders
  • Be dependable, adaptable, and willing to support the team wherever needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Consistent and reliable

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
