Position Type / Employment Desired & Pay

Select the option that best fits your availability:

Full-Time (FT) / Part-Time (PT) Closed on Sundays

Front of House (FOH): $12/hr.
Back of House (BOH): $13/hr.
Flexible Shift – $1/hr. premium on top of your base rate. Must be available to work any shift as scheduled, with no restrictions on days or times. Scheduled based on business needs. Full-time status with one additional day off weekly, closed on Sundays

Team Member Roles and Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH) / Customer Service:

Greet guests with a smile and friendly demeanor
Create and maintain eye contact with guests
Speak enthusiastically and build emotional connections
Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant’s vision and values
Multitask quickly while maintaining quality
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Be team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
Work on your feet for several hours at a time
Follow Chick-fil-A rules, standards, and dress code
Perform other duties as assigned

Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen:

Prepare food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety at all times
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A quality standards
Work as part of a team to ensure fast and accurate orders
Be dependable, adaptable, and willing to support the team wherever needed

Qualifications and Requirements

Consistent and reliable

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Works well independently and in a team environment
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly
Able to stand for long periods of time
